All orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped.
We always aim to ship right away (we’re just as excited as you!), but please keep in mind that we are small team of humans with lots on our daily to-do lists.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Services
Shipping is FREE for orders $75* or more anywhere in the US.
We offer $8 flat rate shipping to the United States on orders up to $74.99*.
*Shipping is calculated based on subtotal after applicable discounts and before tax.
We ship packages via USPS Priority or First-Class mail services. Items typically arrive within 2-5 days, depending on destination. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email which allows you to view an estimated delivery date along with other information.

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. If you live outside the US and this makes you sad, please send us a message and we can provide you a custom shipping quote.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order details, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after delivery. If the item has not been worn/used and is in its original condition, we will refund the purchase amount or offer store credit upon receipt of returned items. Any shipping charges incurred on your initial order are non-refundable.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
